What are the shipping charges?

Shipping within India is free for order value above 650rs, for some remote areas wherein we have to go thru multiple courier services shipping charges are applicable even if the delivery is within India. International shipping charges are extra, there are no specific charges for Fedex/ DHL as charges vary from country to country and also based on weight. For countries like Australia and New Zealand charges depend on the Zipcode. 

International shipping charges are the charges charged by Fedex/DHL to deliver the products at respective delivery addresses, neither Samskruthi Jewellers nor delivery services have any control on CUSTOMS CHARGES nor will take care of CUSTOMS CHARGES if any incurred by customer during the course of shipment. It's customer responsibility to take care of CUSTOMS CHARGES which vary from country to country and on order value of shipment.

How long will it take for my product to arrive?

Orders within India are usually delivered within 2-5 working days and International orders are usually delivered in 3-7 working days of being shipped. In case of unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, acts of God or natural calamaties, the delivery time may increase by a few days.

What if product is received damaged?

We here at Samskruthi Jewellers, take utmost care in packing and delivering the products, each and every product is checked for any missing stones, pearls or loose hoops or rings, polish issues, only products that are 100% perfect are neatly packed in layers of bubble then included in a plastic box, layered in bubble and then properly packed and couriered via DTDC/Blue Dart within India and Fedex for international shipments. Inspite of taking care some times if for any reason a product is received in damaged condition then kindly immediately update us/ whatsapp# 8790112233, send us back the damaged product and we will replace it with new one, for shipments within India first time delivery is free of cost but if it's a replacement product then delivery charges have to taken care by customer, international shipments and any custom charges have to be taken care by customer all the time.

What if a product is currently out of stock in the size I want?

We usually refill our stock as soon as possible but it might happen that some size will be out of stock in the design you like.
You have the following two options in such a scenario:
